Hey, Iām Jasmine! Iām here to help you plan your wedding, enjoy your day, manage your crowds, feel comfortable in front of the camera, and have an experience that is true to you.
This pricing guide will detail the methods and processes that I have developed so that you can enjoy every moment of your wedding day.
So letās start with my photography approach, best described as ācandid with an editorial edge.ā
Candid photography is the art of anticipating moments before they happen, so that I can document an event as authentically as possible. I am a fly on the wall, with observation and intuition fully engaged. Editorial photography is more controlled and directed, with a magazine-like feel. I combine these two photography styles to tell the full story of your day while ensuring that you look (and feel) fabulous!
why i built this business
Because you should feel like this on your wedding day
A few years ago, I took a risk by leaving my stable job as an architectural technician to pursue photography. I wasnāt sure how I was going to make the business a success, but I knew I had to do it because I was so unhappy where I was.
I never want anyone to feel the way I did. After all, you are not truly living unless youāre enjoying your life. Thatās why nothing gives me greater satisfaction than helping others enjoy their experiencesāespecially their wedding day.
Being present in every moment is what will create the best memories and the best photos.
You are unique, your experience should be too
My superpower is my ability to draw out your authentic personalities. But how do I actually do this? Through my Jasmine Rose Posing Method. I start by getting to know both of youāyour personalities, your love languages, what makes you both comfortable, etc. I then use this information to plan out a session that is tailored to who you are. This ensures that your photography experience will feel authentic and draw out your unique personalities, which I will then capture.
On your wedding or session day, weāll start with a simple base pose that will be easy for you both, then we will layer movement and emotion onto it to draw out your unique love.

The process

Select your package, pay a deposit, sign your contract and your date is officially reserved.

I will be available for consultation as much as is helpful, and I will put in the effort to get to know both of you so that you can have a customized experience.

If you choose to book an engagement session, it will be the perfect opportunity to practice for your wedding. You'll also have beautiful content for your save the dates and your wedding website.

Itās time to have fun and be present while I do what I do best. I will be there for you every step of the way, cheering you on, hyping you up, and guiding you and your guests where needed.

Itās time to kick back for a night in as you relive every precious moment of your wedding day (donāt forget your tissues). Many years from now, your photos will have only increased in value, becoming heirlooms for you and your family to cherish.

My approach is best described as laid-back documentary photography with a stylish editorial edge. I have the eye of a photojournalist, being able to take in moments as they happen. However, my eye for composition, lighting use, posing, and colour grading are also editorial in nature. I believe in giving people options, so I lean more into either of these styles based on the needs and desires of my clients and the demands of the day. My inspirations come from my love of people, travel, and fashion.

I take a 50% deposit to secure your date, with the final 50% due two weeks before the wedding day. However, feel free to let me know if you require a more flexible payment plan.

Having a first look is a great idea if you value intimate moments or struggle with nervousness. You will be able to see each other for the first time without hundreds of people looking on and then join your family for some special time together.
A first look will allow family and couple photos to be completed before the ceremony and will free up more time for you both to join cocktail hour with your guests later.

Absolutely! I work fast, however it is not possible for me to be everywhere at once. A second photographer will ensure that every precious moment is captured! You will also receive two perspectives of never to be repeated moments such as your first look or walk down the aisle.

You will receive a few sneak peaks 1-3 days after your wedding day. The full gallery will be delivered 4-6 weeks after your wedding day. Engagement photos are delivered within 2 weeks of your session.
